    Common problems:

    1. Weld defects: weld defect is serious, use manual mechanical polishing processing method to compensate, produced by grinding marks, causing surface uneven, affecting appearance.


    2. The surface is not consistent: only pickling passivation on weld, also caused the surface uneven, affecting appearance.


    3. The removing scratches hard: pickling and passivation for whole, also can not be a variety of scratches produced in the processing process to remove, and also can not be removed due to scratching, welding spatter and adhesion on the surface of stainless steel carbon steel, splash and other impurities, resulting in corrosion medium under the condition of the existence of chemical corrosion and electrochemical corrosion and rust.


    4. The polishing passivation is not uniform: manual polishing after pickling passivation treatment of larger workpiece, it is difficult to achieve uniform treatment effect not ideal uniform surface. And man hour cost, materials cost is high.


    5. The pickling capacity is limited: pickling passivation cream is not a panacea, for plasma cutting, flame cutting production and black oxide skin, more difficult to remove.


    6. The human factors caused by scratching more serious: in hoisting, transportation and the structure of the machining process, bump, drag, hammer caused by human factors such as scratch more serious, making the surface processing difficulty, but also the reason of corrosion processing.


    7. The equipment factors: in the profile, plate bending, bending process, caused by scratching and crease is processed to produce the main reason of corrosion.

    8 other factors: stainless steel raw material in the procurement, storage process, due to the lifting, transport processes have bump and scratch is also more serious, but also one of the reasons of causing rust.


    Coping measures:

    1: Stainless steel storage and transportation:

      Due to special storage rack should be wood or paint the surface of carbon steel bracket or pad with rubber pad storage rack, with carbon steel and other metal material separation. Storage, storage location should be convenient for lifting, relative isolation and other material storage area, protective measures should, in order to avoid the pollution of stainless steel dust, oil and rust.

      Stainless steel hoisting lifting, should use special sling, such as lifting belt, special collets, prohibited the use of wire rope so as not to scratch the surface; and placed on the lifting and, should avoid the shock bump caused by scratching.

      Stainless steel transport: transport, application of means of transport (such as car, storage battery car), and shall be clean isolation protection measures, to prevent dust pollution, oil, rust stainless steel. It is strictly prohibited to drag, avoid Kepeng, scratch.


    2: We should pay attention to processing

    Processing zones: the processing area of stainless steel parts should be relatively fixed. Processing zone of stainless steel platform separation measures should be adopted, such as covered with a rubber cushion. The location management and processing stainless steel production of civilization should be strengthened, in order to avoid damage and pollution to the stainless steel parts.


    Material: stainless steel parts blanking by shear or plasma cutting, sawing.

    4: Molding: in bending, bending process, effective measures should be taken to avoid stainless steel surface scratches and crease.


    5: Stainless steel welding in the group when, should avoid forced assembly, especially to avoid flame grilled school assembly. After cutting, cutting slag on the workpiece should be cleaned.

    7: Multi-layer welding: multilayer welding slag, inter layer should be cleaned. Multilayer welding, should control interpass temperature, generally not more than 60 DEG C.


    8: Weld: welded joints shall be grinding, weld surface shall not have slag, porosity, undercut, splash, cracks, lack of fusion, incomplete welding defects, should be smooth transition between weld metal and base metal, shall not be lower than that of base metal.


    9: Correction: stainless steel orthopedic, should avoid the use of flame heating method, especially not allow repeated heating the same region. For, as far as possible the use of mechanical devices, or with a wooden hammer (rubber hammer) or cushion rubber cushion hammering, prohibit the use of a hammer hammer, in order to avoid damage of stainless steel.


    10: Handling: stainless steel handling in the process, application of means of transport (such as car, the car battery or crane and so on), and shall be clean isolation protection measures, to prevent dust pollution, oil, rust stainless steel.
